Caption : “Your look is just so… harsh.” I truly cannot tell you how many times in my life I’ve been told that. And for soooo many years, I tried to soften my look to fit people’s expectations of what a woman or a mom “should” look like. Then, one day I was like, uhhh… f that? What makes ME feel most beautiful? Answer: a sh*t ton of black, heavy metal, spooky everything 365 and hair only a handful of people would have the balls to wear on their head 😂 So, here I am feeling soft and beautiful in my new punk rock cowboy tee from our recently re-birthed lifestyle brand @wearetwohalves that embodies what I believe with all my being… ‼️ You don’t have to conform or soften yourself to be f*cking gorgeous. ‼️ In fact, I’d say quite the opposite is true. It’s the unique peculiarities that have always intrigued me most about people and when they own that sh*t with confidence?! Oof.
