It is very clever and hard to identify because it is embedded in our personality and life experience, it contains our fearful and separated thoughts, feelings, words or behaviors. We cannot get rid of our ego by repressing it or by fighting it because it will just become stronger and lash out when we least expect it.

We need to become more self aware and learn how to heal beyond the thoughts, emotions and start to act from a place of love for yourself and others. Through this work you will start to unmask all those false beliefs and start to hear the voice of your true self at all times. Everything else coming from lower emotions of unworthiness, blame, shame, guilt, revenge, depression etc are all creations and projections of the ego and they create fears and unpleasant events, people and circumstances that will present themselves into your life to prove and reinforce your Ego’s need to be right.
So everyone.... - let’s start with one very important thing:
To create an awareness on the distinction between the ego self and true self. The reason why we start here on the “surrender to Love & Beyond” journey , is that if this is not in place when we start this deep journey back home to the heart, it just becomes too challenging.”

Spring brings back the power of light and rebirth. Mother Nature waking up and everything is coming alive. I love the feeling of spring so much.

Nature is a master healer - and always an inspirational
Nature is always communicating with you, if you listen, there’s always a message. Not only does nature speak a language beyond words, but it also mirrors our true essence. Like nature, we have the ability to heal, grow, and bloom.

Also, I know I’ve asked this before: When was the last time you listened to the forest, and what did it say? No, you’re not crazy for talking to the trees or the ocean. This is a genuine question. 🩷

Holding my daughter in my arms, so grateful… whilst my heart aches for the countless little souls, trapped and killed in the horror of war.
Here I am - Safe, warm and celebrating her 3 years hearthside.
Feeling peace, and at the same time understanding that right now it’s a God damn privilege to only witness the horror on my phone.

Triana Iglesias Instagram - Holiday Highlights from the slow days between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Cocooned in the softness of what feels like never-ending snow. ❄️

Even if I am a Sunbeam Baby - I love the spirit of snow and Water in all its forms.

Fun fact: Newly fallen snow has this unique ability to absorb sound. It’s the trapped air within the snow that gives it that velvety and sponge-like texture. The countless tiny air pockets serve as traps for sound waves, preventing them from bouncing and reaching our ears.

Uma, Umskii, Umsken, How is she already 3 years old?
Divine Light in human form, my teacher on such a deep, profound level. Three years ago today, she embarked on her earthly journey right before ringing in the new year – for sure, the best day of my life. 🤍

Birthing Uma was a true honor, and so is being her mother. This little galactic being is a source of joy, affection, and long hugs. I am so happy that she loves to cuddle; I just can’t get enough of her cuddles.

A sensitive wild child who loves to be barefoot, sing, and dance, giving life to new worlds. Uma is curious, ambitious, empathetic, goofy, bright and so strong-minded. She’s so cool that I could go on forever, but words fall short in capturing the depth of my love and gratitude for her. Feeling this love is indescribable.

From the day she was born, there was a knowing look. We looked at each other, and we already knew—we had a contract signed from another time, bringing us together once again.

As much as a part of me wishes to keep this little «Umskii» in my arms forever, witnessing her transformation into this amazing human brings so much joy. My hands and heart are so full.

Uma, My Love, you are divine light, my whole world, my number one soul contract—forever soul tangled.

On this special day, and in every year to come, I reaffirm my promise to be here, supporting you and holding space for you to blossom into the unique being that you truly are.

Motherhood cracks you open to the core of your heart, unveiling a love like never before.
And also - a journey og self-discovery and healing, not just in nurturing my daughter but also in nurturing my own inner child, gently guiding me to tend to the wounds of my past, to offer the love and care that my inner child still craves.
She is raising me- just as much as I am raising her. Helping me always remember how to be present, authentic and playful.
A journey that’s transforming me and helping me grow in ways I never imagined.
