HOW FAR SHOULD YOU ROTATE??? Is it 50 degrees? 60 degrees? Or the ultimate 90 degrees…. The level of rotation depends on how balanced you are. To achieve 90 degrees and the least drag possible you must understand how to keep a neutral still head with a straight spine in order to initiate the rotation. This is done through breaking down the stroke in order to get total body awareness. I do this in the Ocean Walker Technique my breaking it down into 5 steps. The results are the maximum glide possible, saving energy, protect the shoulders and to have the most effortless relaxing swim possible. As I was injured and advised to quit it meant I had to study the body in water, efficiency, movement, physics and look at land based sports. The result was a stroke that is incredibly efficient when humans are not efficient in Water!!! Just try it…. A DREAM COME TRUE 🙏🙏🏊♂️🏊♂️🏊♂️🏊♂️ I dreamt of this day for a long time. Yesterday I hosted the very first OCEAN WALKER WARRIOR LAKE RACE. We raised £650 for dementia UK on the raffle!!! Thank you so much for your support!!! The races were 1.5k breaststroke, 1.5k Freestyle, 6k Freestyle race. I loved every second of it. So many AMAZING friends came out to support us which was incredible. Special thanks to Ashley Jenkins for doing a 10 hour round trip from Bristol. Also massive thanks to my team & volunteers everyone pulled together to make this a success.
