Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Again, take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Now, allow your body to relax and let go of any tension.
Before we begin, take a moment to set an intention for this practice. It could be something you wish to invite into your life, a goal, or simply a feeling you want to cultivate. Hold this intention gently in your mind.
Bring your awareness to your breath, noticing the natural rhythm of your inhalation and exhalation.
As you breathe in, feel a wave of calmness flow through you. As you breathe out, release any stress or worry.
Gently bring your attention to your body, starting from the top of your head and slowly moving down to your toes.
Feel a sense of deep relaxation spreading through each part of your body.
Imagine a warm, soothing light traveling from the crown of your head, down through your face, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, and abdomen.
Let this light continue down your legs, all the way to your feet, filling your entire being with peace and tranquility.
With each breath, feel yourself sinking deeper into this state of calm and relaxation.
Now, silently repeat your intention three times, allowing it to resonate within you.
Allow yourself to fully surrender to this moment of stillness and calm.
As we conclude this practice, bring your palms together in front of your heart.
Take a final deep breath in, and as you exhale, bow your head slightly.
