Mush ALWAYS lost | Full interview with @chazzpalminteri is out now
Whats your go to fashion accessory? As a man, there are not too many accessories out there for us. However, you could never go wrong with a nice watch. However, a cheap watch could destroy an expensive outfit. Especially an Apple watch!!! Nothing against Apple, but as the great @josephabboud says “Its like wearing a television set on your wrist”. What are your thoughts? Are there any other men’s accessories that can help make or break an outfit?
Just want to let everyone know that I had a wonderful conversation with my friend @chazzpalminteri on his podcast the Chazz Palminteri Show … Check it out, it drops this Monday, April 8 at 11 AM on YouTube. Don’t miss it!
This week we have a very special guest. It is none other than the amazingly talented Federico Castelluccio, who is an Italian actor known for his versatile acting talent and passion for art. Castelluccio’s career spans across various genres however, it was his role as Furio in “The Sopranos” that solidified his place in television history, earning him critical acclaim and a dedicated fan following. Beyond acting, Castelluccio is deeply immersed in the art world. He is an accomplished painter and sculptor. His passion for art is evident in the intricate details and emotional depth portrayed in his creations, reflecting his creativity. #thesopranos #fineart #bronx #artcollector #artistsoninstagram
The Bronx with @chazzpalminteri | NEW episode of Block by Block is out now on YouTube #nyc #newyork
Who looks out for us? The 2 party system worked until it didn’t. This day and age we have 2 extremes that are constantly at each others throats and a moderate candidate does not seem to be an option. Why cant we have a conservative with some progressive views or a progressive with some conservative views? Right now it is left or right, but theres doesn’t seem to be any compromise. You have to think, what are we doing? Where are we going? Do you think there are any ways around this? Im open to listening and learning, so if anyone has a valid solution please let me know.
Are we crazy? I just cant sit by and take it anymore. I typically don’t talk about politics, but it has gotten to the point where I feel that I need to speak up. Maybe I am crazy for thinking this, but it has just gotten way too out of hand. New York City is my home. I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY which ultimately led to writing one of my favorite pieces of work. My movie “A Bronx Tale”. Over the past year or so I have really been stunned by whats happening in NYC and across the country as a whole. We are losing our benefits, we are losing our pensions, social security and much more. I feel like the people who are coming in are living a better life than we are right now.
Have you ever heard of this? You’ve heard of the door test, but have you ever heard of the flick test? Every time that I get a cannoli with my son Dante, he has to do the flick test to make sure that we are getting an authentic Italian cannoli. Whether we are in Little Italy in the Bronx or anywhere that sells delicious Italian food, he has to do it. This weeks episode is special to me. I sit down and have a conversation with my son Dante Palminteri. Dante is a singer, song-writer and actor. In this episode, Dante and I talk about living in LA, our hunting excursions, acting, music, top food spots in the Bronx and “the flick test”. #italianfood #cannoli #foodie #bronx #nyc #littleitaly
Does anyone have an answer? Why do they want to keep us down? Why do they want to keep us fighting? Can you just imagine what this country would be if they put this energy towards a positive outcome? What would happen if they reallocated this money to American citizens who have earned it? It seems to me that they want to keep us down and keep us fighting. I am having trouble comprehending that, but it feels like common practice at this point. Am I crazy in thinking that we need to take care of our own first? What are your thoughts?
Whats your go to meal? My son Dante and I discuss this and of course its Italian food for us. To get more specific, his “nonnas sauce”. For me, its really hard to tell you specifically because there are way too many great places in Little Italy in the Bronx. @ginospastryshop @casadellamozzarella @mikesdeliarthuravenue and Borgotti’s are some of my absolute favorites just to name a few. Im curious, what is your go to? #italianfood #italiansdoitbetter #littleitaly #bronx #nyc #foodie

Do you agree with Sandy Blue-Eyes? Sandy says that he is perfectly fine with his girlfriend going out and having a girls night. However, he does not like when they sit at the bar. Sandy prefers that they get a table instead, because the bar is like an open invitation for guys to start up a conversation or even buy drinks. Now I personally think that sitting at the bar is perfectly fine. We do it, so why cant she? Let me know your thoughts!
Do you ALWAYS pay? Sandy Blue-Eyes says that when he goes out with him girlfriend, he will never let her pay. Especially if its dinner or drinks 🍷 I think that there are some exceptions to this rule, but Sandy is an old school guy from Brooklyn. He says that she works hard for her money, so when he is with her, she will never pay. Whats are your thoughts? Let me know! #bronx #brooklyn #nyc #oldschool

What happened to Furio? Some say that its open for debate. I think the Sopranos was such a masterfully written show and nobody was safe. Even a main character could get the boot at anytime. I find it interesting that the cast didnt even know what was happening up until they read the script for that episode and everyone would flip through the pages to see if they were going to make it to the next episode or not. Let me know your thoughts?
This is a HUGE announcement! Sandy Blue-Eyes is OFF THE MARKET! He’s back again and I cant believe I’m saying this folks, but Sandy Blue-Eyes is off the market. For the first time in decades, he has finally settled down with someone who truly makes him happy. You have to hear all about it in this brand new episode of the Chazz Palminteri Show. #oldschool #italian #offthemarket #bronx #nyc

NOW everyones an influencer! This is the first time we have ever had an influencer on the show! On this weeks episode we feature YouTube influencer @jeanapvp , who has amassed over 8 billion views across her channels! Check out the episode on Youtube, Spotify, Google & Apple Podcasts
Does this bother you? Sandy Blue-Eyes has this thing about breaking conversation. If you dont give HIM your full attention, he feels like that could be a sign of disrespect. I guess it depends on the circumstances, but who knows. What about deviating from the conversation? Sandy brought up an example of his girlfriend breaking conversation to talk about whats happening on the road. Growing up in the Bronx NYC, this happened on a regular basis. What are your thoughts? Is breaking or deviating from a conversation disrespectful?
I gave him the Medal of Honor in Menswear 🏅 We have the one and only @josephabboud Joseph is an American menswear fashion designer and author. I would put him on the top of the list right next to @ralphlauren, @versace, @tommyhilfiger and any other mens fashion designer. The National Arts Club has been awarding its Medal of Honor to some of fashion’s biggest names since 2003, starting with Geoffrey Beene and including Carolina Herrera, Betsey Johnson, Norma Kamali and Anna Sui. But it has never honored a menswear designer. That will change Friday night when Joseph Abboud is singled out for his illustrious career in the men’s industry. Abboud joined Ralph Lauren in 1981, eventually becoming associate director of menswear design. He launched his own label in spring 1987. In 1988, JA Apparel was created as a joint venture between Abboud and GFT (Gruppo Finanziario Tessile) USA.
What would you go to? If there was this box with everything that you have lost through out your life, what would be the first thing that you go to and why? All three of us agreed that it would be something sentimental, but I would like to hear what other people would choose. It has to be a tangible object, no people, no memories… Just a physical object. #thursdayvibes #memories #goodquestion #quoteoftheday
When you become successful, all of the sudden you become the devil. it’s very easy to have people around you to watch you fall, but not too many people are there to pick you up. People will ACT like they are there to pick you up, but that rarely happens. A lot of the times they are people that you haven’t spoken to in years, but all of a sudden they’re best friends with you. Think about that. Surround yourself with great people and positivity. Great friends will bring you a long way and inspire you.
