David Holmes Instagram – I was fortunate enough to be a recent guest on the Sam Oldham podcast.
As a former Olympic and British gymnast, Sam and me had plenty to talk about. We go into detail about our love for the sport of gymnastics and how we have both used the lessons learned in the gym and applied them to all aspects of our lives.
I was actually in attendance watching Sam and the rest of the team achieve their bronze medal in the 2012 Olympic Games. It was a moment that solidified the generations of hard work and commitment done by Gymnasts and coaches across the whole country throughout the years.
In our episode, me and Sam touch on many subjects, including mental health, the importance of discipline and of course, some of my stories from my time working on Harry Potter and as a Stuntman.
