Doesn’t look like much, but it’s good to be moving again. 4 months suffering from Osteitis pubis (OP) which is quite debilitating, so I thank god that I can do this pain free!

Would you eat like this? My eating habits, more smaller meals throughout the day (borderline snacking) Smaller meals keep the metabolism operating all day, I’m never sluggish or feeling too full. Always light and heaps of energy! If I’m hungry I eat, if not I don’t… simple.
