John Leguizamo Instagram – USC annenberg study proved Latino representation has not improved in 16 years and it was abysmally low to begin with around 1.5% now hovering around 2%. It’s unacceptable when we are the largest ethnic group in America and have been for decades. It’s pure exclusion and a systemically racist top down decision!
