It speaks volumes that you are in the Naismith Hall of Fame, Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame, and now California Hall of Fame without playing a single game as a professional!   You are a pioneer of women’s basketball. By daring to be different, you changed the way the game was played and elevated the attention women’s basketball received by the world.   My friend, you are women’s history! Though your playing career was cut short, your impact lives on and has contributed to the ongoing advancement of women’s basketball.
