70 mile round trip for coffee ☕️ The mission today was to go and see @panchatronic & @sanportablo then go and visit @portablocoffi for a lions Maine coffee which was banging. I messed up my calculations and thought it was about 52 miles but that’s nothing new 😂. Longest ride I’ve done in many years but enjoyed. It was a brief visit as I had to race home for meetings but I got home just in time, 70 miles later and 4,500 calories burned. That’s my tally for the #SWYDchallenge done for the week 🚴 Home for an @swydsupps chocolate ice cream flavour protein shake 💪🏽💪🏽 If your in Aberavon shopping centre pop in and grab a coffee ☕️. #Cycling #Coffee

Smokey BBQ jackfruit & slaw buns There’s nothing like using the fresh stuff but like I said in the video it’s expensive. Last time I used fresh jackfruit was with Laura @tidykitchenco while filming Dirty Vegan. If I remember correctly it cost £60 😳. While prepping it fresh it’s advisable to use gloves as the latex that comes out of it sticks to your fingers and hands and it’s almost impossible to get off. I know because it happened to me. The younger jackfruit has more of a savoury taste which is good for this kind of recipe replicating pulled meat but the older jackfruit is sweet and tastes like a mixture of mango, pineapple and banana. This recipe is is great for a Friday night with a side off chip shop chipieeeeeeees Have a good bank holiday weekend all 👊🏽 #Jackfruit #pulledjackfruit #Slaw

SWYD Sprint Tri 🏊♂️🚴♂️🏃♂️ Tomorrow morning we kick off the 6th @allornothingevents SWYD Sprint triathlon held in the best seaside resort in the UK Barry Island. Today was registration day so it was good to see a few of you picking up your race numbers and goodie bags ready for a very early start. Set your alarms everyone and we’ll see you on the beach ready for a 7am first wave start at Whitmore beach. Everybody will get a @vog_brewery SWYD beer at the finish so we can all raise a bottle to all the racers and organisers. Our medals this year are bottle openers so you can use your medal to pop your bottle. Don’t forget, you can get your medals framed by the ladies at @displaywithpride .
