WELSH NATIONAL AQUATHLON CHAMPIONSHIPS
The SWYD AQUA is a one lap fully supported 750m open water swim followed by a flat and fast 5km run taking all of the Islands landmarks. The start (at 0730) and finish is at the iconic Barry Island Promenade.
Each competitor will enjoy our usual chip timing, one of our ace medals and an awesome goodie bag.
