DELICIOUS AND DANGEROUS!!!! This white margarita is a perfect transitionl cocktail. Warms you up in the winter, refreshes you in the summer! 🌞❄️ .. let me know who tries it out this weekend…. Full recipe below!! White Margarita 🥥🍋 Makes 2 cocktails Ingredients 4 Limes (1 quartered, 3 juiced) Toasted Coconut 3 oz. of blanco tequila of your choice 2 oz cream of coconut 1 oz of orange liqueur One handful of ice 1 Cocktail Shaker 2 Martini glasses Put toasted coconut into a shallow dish. Take a lime wedge and pass along the rim of each martini glass, then press the rim of the glass into the dish with the toasted coconut to garnish. Add lime wedge to the edge of the glass for an additional garnish. Combine lime juice, cream of coconut, orange liqueur, tequila and ice into the cocktail shaker. Shake hard, for about one minute. Pour cocktail into the garnished martini glasses and enjoy!

Agvolemono Soup 🍋 aka Greek penicillin… this was the soup my mom always made for me when I didn’t feel well and it’s still a hit in the Symon household… enjoy Avgolemono Soup Serves 6-8 For the broth: 1 whole chicken 2 bay leaves 1.5 gal water For the Soup: 3 eggs Juice and zest of 3 lemons 2 tbl Wondra flour ¼ c fresh dill 1 lb. cooked orzo pasta Salt and pepper to taste Place whole chicken and bay leaves in a pot with 1.5 gallons of water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1.5 hours. Strain broth, save both the chicken and the broth. Place broth back into the pot and bring to a simmer. Whisk the eggs, lemon juice, zest, and the flour in a bowl until smooth. Temper the lemon and egg mixture with 1 cup of the hot broth. Slowly whisk the egg mixture into the pot of simmering broth. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Add ¼ cup of chopped fresh dill. Meanwhile, pull the meat off the chicken. Place one handful of cooked orzo and one handful of pulled chicken in a bowl. Cover with hot broth, season with salt and pepper. Enjoy.
