Mom, still can’t believe I will never have another dumpling or springroll made by your hands, won’t ever see your beautiful smile live, hear a solid piece of sage advice, hear you do a chinese tongue twister, you making fun of my technique (ON MY SHOWS!) or just get a hug. I do carry with me forever your love and spirit and joie de vivre and will try my hardest to make this world a better place.
