Digitals are then used by your agency to send to clients to get you booked and busy!! 🗓️ My advice to all the models out there is to take your time and make sure your digitals are great, so you can book your next big job! 📸

The holidays are approaching and that means more events, more errands and fun but busy times! 🎄✨ Today I want to share 3 strategies I’m using to stay in a healthy routine during the last 2 months of the year. First, my workouts will be a little shorter, but more intense. Plan a workout that is high intensity to maximize your efficiency in the gym and save time on your busy days 🏋🏽♂️ Second, I’m setting realistic expectations for myself to avoid burnout, manage stress and set boundaries. We simply can’t say yes to everyone and every event. It’s okay to leave early or prioritize your own needs during the busy holidays 🎁🕯️ Third, I’m going to let myself enjoy holiday treats, but also be mindful that my meals are still balanced and nutritious. Limiting processed foods will reduce those unhealthy cravings and good nutrition boosts immunity 🥗🥕 Share with family and friends and let’s enjoy the next few months 😁❤️💫
