Ore, Ronan, Vernon and Harry all support Loose Men’s Half-Time Team Talk campaign. The aim of the campaign is to tackle the taboo around male mental health by opening up to each other to lighten the load. Recent statistics show that 2 in 5 men regularly feel worried or low with 1 in 10 men having suicidal thoughts when feeling like this, a stat that has doubled in the last ten years. We’re encouraging men to start uniting over their troubles and blow the whistle on the shame and stigma that surrounds male mental health by checking in and connecting with each other whilst their favourite football teams have their vital pep talks. If you or a loved one need some support, you can head to our website for more information and helplines, as well as our Talking Tactics guide, to help you start the conversation ❤ #LooseMen #halftimeteamtalk

Very proud of these humans. The Team BodyByrne, consisting of Paul Byrne, Keith Duffy, Alan Keville, Edwin Keville, Marc Bereen, Conor Bereen, Ken Costigan, Nerijus Vasiliauskas, Shane Lynch, and Paul Gallagher, is embarking on The Kenya Tri Adventure expedition to raise funds for The Keith Duffy Foundation. This challenging expedition involves climbing Mount Kenya, mountain biking through a game reserve, and rafting down the Tana River. Mount Kenya is the highest mountain in Kenya and the second-highest in Africa, standing at an impressive 5,199 meters (17,057 feet). The team will tackle this majestic mountain, which offers a variety of climbing routes to suit different skill levels. They will face rugged terrain, steep slopes, and possibly even icy conditions as they ascend to the summit. This challenging climb requires physical endurance, mental resilience, and teamwork. After conquering Mount Kenya, the team will transition to mountain biking. They will navigate through a captivating game reserve, where they will encounter Kenya’s diverse wildlife in their natural habitat. This leg of the adventure will bring them up close to magnificent animals such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. The team will ride through rugged trails, dirt paths, and possibly even encounter some off-road challenges. Mountain biking in such a breathtaking environment will provide a unique and exhilarating experience. Following the mountain biking phase, the team will take on the final leg of their adventure: rafting down the Tana River. The Tana River is the longest river in Kenya, known for its scenic beauty and thrilling rapids. The team will navigate the river’s rapids, working together to overcome the challenges presented by the rushing water. Rafting down the Tana River will require coordination, strength, and quick decision-making. Throughout the entire expedition, Team BodyByrne aims to raise funds for The Keith Duffy Foundation. The foundation, established by Keith Duffy, is dedicated to supporting various charitable causes, including those related to autism awareness and support.

Incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of the Great Sir Bobby. An iconic & worthy ambassador for the game but more importantly a great human. His generosity of spirit towards our families charity @mariekeatingfoundation and to my family, always blew me away. Rest up old man. Thank you for the love and the memories and God bless ya. This pic was back stage at The World Cup opening party in Berlin. 🤍
