Kamal kakdi ki Chaat
Peel & slice 2 Lotus stem
Wash them well
Look at that 😮💨🤤
1/4 cup Rice flour
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
Toss them well
1 cup Hung curd
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Black salt
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
2 tbsp Green chutney
2 tbsp Imli chutney
Mix well
Frye the lotus stem in hot oil
Till GBC 🔥🤤
Add a spoonful of the dahi chutney
Place the lotus stem chips
