Saransh Goila Instagram – Show us some love on our new series *Feels wale Meals* This series is based on your popular request of making wholesome meals and daily wala nutritious meal planning for home with a bit if chef-ness. Episode 1 is inspired by a brand I had created a few years back called Bambai Meal Rolls which essentially packs carbs, protein, fibre and fat all in one roll just like a burrito would but the flavour and ratio of each ingredient totally depends and can be switched as per diet and preferences. For instance I like more protein (paneer or chicken) in my wrap versus more rice. Also you can keep making newer meal rolls with different fillings and flavours every time. Gongura Meal Roll

Gongura masala

1 tbsp Mustard oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 Green chili, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Sauté everything well
1 Onion, chopped
Sauté till translucent
2 Tomatoes, chopped
Mix everything well
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Haldi powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste
Mix everything well
& let it cook on slow flame for 5 minutes
2 bunches of Gongura leaves, plucked & washed
Add them
& mix well & cook for 5 to 8 minutes
Look at that 🤤😮‍💨

Rice
1 cup Boiled rice
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup Gongura mixture
Mix everything well
Taste some 😮‍💨🤌🏻

Protein
Shallow fry a few paneer or chicken pieces
with the Gongura mix

Dip
1 cup Hung curd
A few dried curry leaves
1 Green chili, chopped
1 tbsp Mayo (Optional)
Salt to taste
Blend everything well
🤤

To Assemble

Add a layer of the rice
Spread curry leaf mayo generously
Add pico de gallo (or kachumber salad)
Pickled veggies
More mayo
& roll it tight
Cut it
