Life is nothing short of a miracle, sometimes. From wondering how we will take care of mom with her pulmonary fibrosis to actually going on a trip with dad and her on their first ever trip to Europe. We are travelling to Italy and Switzerland and hoping for them to live their 90s Bollywood movie dreams. So, Ciao from Italy doston! P.S. This was also my parents first business experience which was unfortunately terrible because obviously it was Air India. Screens malfunctioned, water dripping from over head and lots more 🤦♂️ Tried to trust them but not much has changed. Anyway, we are still making the most of our Italian summer ⛱️🍷

Can’t believe how good this is! Goila Butter Whisky 🥃 to celebrate 100 kitchens of Goila. This is the perfect celebration cocktail I could have asked for! All thanks to @kunalbhimji who generously offered to help me with a Brown Butter Old Fashioned recipe which we made with Bushmills and oh man it was so smooth and just Delishaaas. That cookie kinda buttery flavour made it extraa special. We have a big announcement coming up for GBC in the coming week and this was a perfect way to celebrate. We should do this more often, Kunal. Also guys it’s super simple to make this at home, so make and celebrate with us and of course try only if you’re above 25 years and be responsible! . . Goila Butter Whisky 100 ml butter Brown it until nutty and light brown in colour Add 500ml Bushmills Irish Whisky Shake it well and leave it out for 2/3 hours (shake every 30 mins) Transfer to the fridge for 1 to 2 days Remove the solidified residue and strain the rest through a filter to get brown butter Bushmills. Save the butter and reuse later. Assemble the old fashioned 1.5 tsp brown sugar Orange Bitters or regular bitters Orange peel 60ml brown butter whisky Cookie for garnish or maraschino cherry
