Saransh Goila Instagram – Ram Laddoo or Moong Dal ke pakode is not just a street food dish but an emotion for many. When I was in school, in winters, my grandpa and I would savour many plates for RS. 5 only. The joy of biting into these air light crisp laddoos in the afternoon with sun rays shining on your cheeks was unmatched. I miss him and I miss that Dilli ki sardi and Delhi street food where growing up my only worry was if there will be lal gajar halwa post this laddoo outing with grandpa. Hope you enjoy my recipe for the classic šŸ™‚
