Saransh Goila Instagram – Can you belive this is Karela? Episode 4 of SABZI SUPERSTAR is here and it’s all about the not so liked Karela! I’ve grown up eating karela & if you are someone who hasn’t tried this vegetable before, trust me try it this way. This chutney when mixed with hot rice & ghee is truly soul satisfying. Will you try this recipe at home? Now that Tinda, Arbi, Baingan & Karela are done, which sabzi should we pick next?

Karela Chutney

Peel & slices 4 Karelas
1 tsp Salt
Soak the karela for 15 minutes
& squeeze out excess water

1/4 cup Oil
Add the karelas
& fry till GBC 🤤🔥😮‍💨

2 tbsp Oil
A handful of Garlic cloves
2 Dried red chilies
1/2 tbsp Urad dal
1/2 tbsp Chana dal
A few curry leaves
A handful of Peanuts
1/2 tbsp White sesame seeds
A pinch of Hing
Mix well
1/2 a piece if Tamarind

Mix well & sauté till golden
Cool it down
Add it to a blender
Add the karela
1 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Sugar
Blend everything well

Serve hot with dal chawal 🤤
