Today I figured out for me – therapy is like making a song . You have to hear certain shit to figure out how to be harmonious and melodic.. you are the emcee (master of ceremonies)of your own life and the therapist is sort of the producer . You need to bounce that energy off of someone and something for it all to make some sort of sense !✊🏽😎 or you just may crash out like the young folks say !.✌🏽

I hope they get guided into respecting others who have paved the way for them . Because time flies and they will be the grown up’s who won’t receive the respect because they played their part in unwisely undermining those who arrived for them and made a way !😎✌🏽✊🏽 at the same time the OG’s can’t hate and remember they had their time in the light and gotta play their part in guiding them . This all requires balance .
