The 18 days I’ve been here I’ve only discovered a new girl in me. The trekker in me, especially in the Himalayan Ranges was so confident of the vacation cuz I’ve seen it all right? No! Trekking alone, and visiting the mountains with “THE ONE” is a completely different game. I’ve fallen more in love with me, the mountains & my husband. I’ve left my burdens more, I know what to carry from here..in short I’ve learned how to adult. For 7 years, I’ve seen Himalayan Ranges in my solo trip but this trip with my Husband, to see it with his eyes, beat all the other years, cuz this time I had someone to hold me while I appreciated the view…Who didn’t tell me I was overexcited but shared the same love for mountains as me. My husband in fact made me fall in love with mountains more just by being himself! ❤️ I love you @vishnukondur & I love mountains more only because of you ❤️

I never knew what is it to have a peaceful home, to wake up to laughter and sleep with cute pillow talks, a home where there is never going to be any kind of abusive anger but the only language spoken is love, a home where I am pampered and taken care of.

I guess there are some stories that celebrate the happy endings. While we, in the midst of a chaotic & taxing life, are celebrating our struggle. It’s been such a hectic couple of months. We moved to a new city, we found a perfect apartment that reflected us, we set it up all by ourselves and to top it off, we both joined our new job. I wouldn’t lie, it was difficult to stay positive through all of it, and sometimes we did question everything. But a week later, on a Sunday, my Husband made hummus, bread sticks & the yummiest chicken sandwiches and took me on a beach date. An hour conversation on the beach was all it took to remind us why we came here in the first place. And we realised how every 5 am wake up alarm, sleep deprivation, mental & physical exhaustion- IT WAS ALL WORTH IT! ❤️🧿

LIFE UPDATE: Life has been nothing but an interesting game designed by the very universe I trust. There has been so much happening in the past year and a half. One step after another, some major changes, some minor adjustments. But this one is big! We are moving out of Hyderabad! The city that has given us the taste of independent living, a job, and the very city where we met each other! ❤️ We moved into our first apartment here and as much as it makes us sad leaving it, we’re also excited to create new memories in a new home- this time in a quaint little beach city 🌊
