It instantly activates the conscious mind and makes it extremely alert; it enhances space awareness (where to keep, place, or land our hands, feet, and body); and, of course, it challenges the mind-body in every single movement.
Foot-Hand side traverse, Upside-down side vault, Wall hop vault, and Gate balancing walk training all these movements in an indoor space will be a little easier and safe, and training in an outdoor space will help us become a well-rounded human mover and capable for the real world (i.e. for everyday needs and emergency situations).
