I got up and went for another run without anybody telling me to. Who is she??? The competitive gyal in me signed up for a 10k race without having ever done one. Am I crazy?? Well, not THAT crazy because now I am procrastinating.🤣🤣 Trying to condition myself starting with, finding my pace, as advised by my coach @chepoxz. I find it difficult but the feeling whenever I finish my goal distance is just so rewarding. Anyways, I was listening to the Beegees incase you are curious. PS i dont have one of those watches, so i google mapped every point before my run 🤣🤣🤣
Koa’s new favorite bit in his morning routine is feeding our new pet chickens, and checking its eggs. He loves joining in and helping papa do everything. I love watching all my kids take an interest in responsibilities like this one on their own. We don’t make them do these things. They just want to. A win for us for sure.🥰
