Bhama Instagram – Recently, I underwent a wellness program at the Ayurveda hospital, @sreevaidya.nadhapuram Ayurveda Vaidyasala & Panchakarma Centre, in Kuttamperoor, Chennithala for the past 10 days. The hospital is renowned for its delicious Sattvic food, homely atmosphere, scenic countryside views, and excellent hospitality.💙🐿️ I am incredibly pleased and satisfied with the treatment, which included Shirodhara and Njavarakizhi. Many thanks to Team Vaidyanadhapuram and my dear friend Doctor Sreejith. I look forward to returning, at least once a year, dedicating ten days to my health, is essential. 💙
