Every now and then I go off social media … when i myself realise that one is getting hooked on to the unreal world … people often tell me post daily you are an actor , a public figure , post at this time or that .. this is your peak followers time … so on and so Forth …
When I never follow what they say … I post when I have to if I want to ….
Yet it’s a cobweb …
We get into it and can’t get out
But deep down I realise myself that it is an addiction to one and all —- checking things your own posts others posts and then mostly overloading your brains with excess of information …
Well , thinking ….
Not of deleting but certainly going off is something I will do often …
Deleting yes , could be a possibility in the near future …
That’s for another day ..
For now …. Take a tiny break , uninstall , be still be silent …
Be in the now , work , rest … and most most important….
Connect to your inner self , walk in the nature , sit under the trees 🌲 , walk the trails , read and pray …
