A little moment with myself. I talk out loud to myself sometimes. It helps me get out whatever it is that’s on my mind or chest. It also helps me assess how and what I’m feeling and I’m able to connect with myself. We’re always so busy looking outward when everything we need is within us. We’re all in such a rush and never stopping to give ourselves a moment to actually feel and see and live in the MOMENT. Talk nice to you, hype yourself up, give yourself props, because you are listening and your body is reacting to it all. One of my favorite quotes I’ve heard somewhere, “talk to yourself like you’d talk to you best friend”. Sending you all good vibes🫰🏼
たまに独り言を普通に自分と会話してるみたいに言うんです。モヤモヤとか疑問に思ってること、感じてることを外に出すことで何が自分に起こってるのかを冷静にはあくできて、少しクリアになるから。外や周りがどうだとかに集中しちゃって結局今、現在を生きられてない。どこか生き急いでたりで気づいたらあっ、通り過ぎちゃったってね。自分にも褒め言葉を、自分のハイプマンになったり、自分を上げてこう、だって自分の体とマインドは全部聞いてるしそれに反応してるからね。頑張ってる心と体を大切に。どこかで聞いた素敵なことばがあります。『大好きな親友に話しかけてるときと同じように、自分にも話しかけてあげて』♥️いいバイブス、みんなに届け🙌🏼
