She’s bounced back Better ‼️ Been amazing to witness this journey, and very proud of what Joy has accomplished! This is a Full Body Workout from this week. This was our first week back after a travel break – Joy still made it look easy. 💪🏾 Joy has practiced, and became skilled at these movements over time – so we are using the equipment/exercise variations that are best for her in these videos. This workout can be done with just a single piece of equipment(Dumbbell, Kettlebell) if needed.
