EP4 out now on YouTube. This week on Call Me Hopeful, comedian and actor, Mallika Dua talks to us about the barriers to asking for help despite being related to a psychologist, how it’s a journey she continues to walk everyday and finding herself coming up with practical solutions to emotional problems, much like that one grumpy uncle we’ve all known.
I don’t think we’ve ever been taken care of so well. From the planning and recces to the actual wedding. The care, enthusiasm and interest all the staff showed was so heart-warming. The hospitality was unparalleled. It actually feels like we were all part of the wedding and if we ever did it again, I’d want the same exact people – otherwise it wouldn’t be the same. The chefs dealt with my every whim, from hot chocolate and noodles to ghevar and ABC halwa – AND MARSHMELLOWS (I’m sure Popeye will make jokes in the comments because I’m not letting him mess with my caption). I could go on. Damn – now I’m missing everyone. Super big shout out to Ishita. After Popeye, she looked at me with most awe in my wedding clothes. And she’s the reason I wasn’t stranded at 3am in the cold. THANK YOU, ISHITA🤗🤗🤗 And of course, the place looked gorgeous as well. We spent most time at Aravali but had the pleasure of being looked after by 3 Taj properties. They were all amazing. @tajlandsend @tajhotels @tajlakepalace @tajaravali 📸 @etherealstudio.in @serenade_stories

After all these years… I still have moments when I’m insecure and scared of being not understood, left alone. Leaning in to the chaos has helped. Me and my being able to communicate with the people around me. What are your thoughts? Thanks, Abhijit 🙏🏻 @sangathindia #tspodcast #podcast #callmehopeful
Thank you for the honour, @thecsrjournal

Another one! On a roll, iPhone.
Popeye: Edit it bit by bit.
Me: Does it in one night.
This has been on the to-do since April. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. Also, now MISHTY! WE ARE GETTING MARRIED WITHIN A MONTH!
I love you guys so much❤️❤️❤️
Do you see the variety and range of the people in my life? Don’t miss the contrast between Zayn and Danielle’s reaction to puzzles, Danielle’s montage of “it’s so cute!” Which had to be interspersed with Nihal’s attempt to not cry (first I thought the sighs were because of the puzzle, then I realised he was feeling emotional ❤️), the contrast between Kshitej and everyone else’s reactions, the following and not following of instructions (clearly they were not clear enough), all the various camera men and their running commentary.
Just watch the whole video. Don’t miss anything.
I’ve watched all this footage lots of times. And it still fills my heart every time ☺️
AAAAAAAAAAHHHH ITS HAPPENING!!🫨🫨🥰🥰🥳🥳
Now someone else please make the bachelorette video. My quota for editing for the wedding is over.

Trying to understand depression. This week on Call Me Hopeful, Dr. Abhijit Nadkarni joins us to discuss the framework with which one should view mental health, why any illness is not purely biological, and why there is no such thing as ‘faking it’.
