Working out with Dilshad has to be the most fun , scary yet enriching experience . For starters it is usually 3 hours long because we both love going ham at our workouts and he has no mercy on himself or me and secondly you can see the fear and awe on my face while spotting this man lift truck loads of weight. Even then, working out with Dilshad is an extremely inspiring and pushing experience as well . So grateful to be a part of the BXB family. The chosen fam is always a league apart.
