This was from last month in Potato head at Merasa! Erykah Babu @erykahbadu Hosted a Wellness retreat. hearing her experiences as a doula of life and death and sunrise meditation guided by her with gamelan sounds was a life changing experience. Kecak Dance by a woman was so powerful and made me feel emotional 🩷 Sound healing / Natural dye class / learning about Indonesian herbs and plants / tea ceremony / painting … I had so much fun doing these things and also can’t forget the night a party at Klimax with DJ Harvey 🫨❤️

こちらは先月の私の大好きな場所、ポテトヘッド バリでの素敵なひとときの記憶。エリカ・バドゥがホストを務めたウェルネスリトリートに参加できて本当に幸せでした。ドゥーラである彼女が語る生と死の経験や、( Doula（ドゥーラ）とは、出産前後の女性をサポートする専門家のことで、エリカは終末期のケアを行うエンドオブライフ・ドゥーラ（人生のドゥーラ）でもある。) ガムランの音色を聴きながらエリカとの日の出の瞑想は、とても心に響くものでした。女性によるケチャダンスはとても珍しいみたいで、力強くて感動しました❤️
サウンドヒーリング、草木染め体験、インドネシアのハーブや植物について学ぶワークショップ、茶道、絵画など、どれも好きな事を体験できて楽しかった🥹そして、クライマックスでのDJハーヴィーのパーティーの夜も忘れられない🫨❤️
