For example, we pray for a beautiful healthy relationship, but yet we haven’t done the inner work to release past traumas to be ready to receive that healthy relationship. We pray for a great paying job or opportunity but yet we haven’t put in the hours to polish our skills to even be ready for that position. We pray for a bigger house or nicer car yet we haven’t even taken care of the current home or car we own. We pray for great friends, yet we haven’t balanced our schedules to even make space for them. We pray for help in our journeys yet we don’t make time to help others first. Success starts with looking at ourselves first and doing the work to make room for the blessing.
