It’s taken me a minute to come down from this past Sunday. The immense gratitude I have for this experience just, overflows. And truly, what I come away with more than anything is…it takes a very strong village to do this. And boy, do I have mine. Let start with my incredible HUSBAND (swoon that I get to call him that now), @jalexbrinson . You are my rock, my biggest cheerleader, my shoulder to both cry and lean on, and the reason I have made it through this year. My incredible manager, @gartnercraig …you are why I did this thing, at all. I had my doubts, and it was not easy to get me here. But you guided and supported me the entire way, and I will never be able to thank you enough for being responsible for me taking on this job. My beautiful team who has helped me get my looks together this entire season. @andrewgelwicks …you work with my ever-changing body and always make me feel gorgeous. @natashasmee and @thedavidcruz …you guys beat this face and hair into submission and make a tired, pregnant mom feel like a movie star. @safiyaa_official …you designed and created this gown custom for me. And did it with pride and joy…I don’t know many designers who would be interested at all in dressing a woman who looks like me…and pregnant none the less??? I will never be able to thank you enough for this moment. Thanks as well to @pasqualebruni for these gorgeous jewels! They were out of this world! @dstylist517 …my dresser and wonderful friend. I love you so much and you have kept me pasted together day after day. I can’t imagine doing this or any show ever without you. Thank you a million. And…my beautiful cast and crew. I love you all so much and am so proud of what we’ve made and done together. Dan and Jonathan…you are both stratospheric and seeing you both earn those trophies made my heart just burst. I love you both to the end. Thank you all for your love and beautiful messages. My heart is full…my body is tired. And now…we get to make this a movie…an honor to capture it and have it for my children to see some day. @merrilyonbway is just, the gift that keeps on giving.
