Maria Ho Instagram – Made my first final table of the 2024 World Series of Poker, with the series at the halfway mark, and my ninth career WSOP final table. I ended up finishing in 6th place in the $10,000 mixed games H.OR.S.E event. It’s always an internal battle of how to feel after busting out of a final table. To come oh so close, yet oh so far, and feeling bad for not being happy with the result. On the one hand, it’s a great run and a good score, and boy, is it exciting to get there. But on the other hand, it’s hard to celebrate when you’ve fallen short of the win. When the “almost” doesn’t count. It’s deeply disappointing right now, but gratitude keeps me humble, and ambition keeps me hungry. Gonna get back to it and get there again soon! Thanks to everyone for their live and virtual support! Y’all are the real MVP’s! 🫶
