👉Good news! The GST council has exempted rents up to ₹20,000 a month paid for co-living spaces, hostels, and paying guests.
👉Earlier, the rent on these co-living spaces attracted 12 percent GST.
👉However, this exemption applies only if the services are provided for at least 90 continuous days.
