According to IRDAI’s new rules, you can cancel your health insurance policy at any time without giving any reason.
Additionally, if you cancel your health insurance policy early, you will receive a refund for the remaining duration of the policy, provided you haven’t made any claims during that time.
For example, if you paid a premium of ₹10,000 for the entire year but canceled after six months, you will get a refund of ₹5,000 for the remaining six months.
