Nikki Reed Instagram – We arrived in Vals and went immediately down to the valley to spend time at the local farm that provides much of the food for the restaurant at @7132hotel . It feels so special to experience the strong connection here between farm and table. There are few things that compare to picking the food that finds its way to your plate within a matter of minutes. Again, the simple things that are now, in modern times, less attainable. @mmmarcel.koolen , the head chef was kind enough to meet us there and walk us through his process of selecting produce to create what you see here – a visual and sensorial masterpiece. My eyes couldn’t believe what they were seeing when he brought this over to our table! We spent the evening experiencing the thermal baths and recounting all of the amazing moments we have had together thus far. As we near the end of this unbelievable journey, I am making mental notes of all the things I will miss most, and the tangible connection to the food is definitely one of them🌱🍋🥕 | Posted on 10/Jul/2024 22:17:03
