Choice is required when man attempts 2manipulate Gods will. Both men were righteous or they wouldn’t have been in their inner circle. Yet, Jesus had ample opportunity 2choose more disciples or appoint alternates. He did not. Nor did he use lots 2chose the original 12. Or make any decision. He followed Gods will. He didn’t even cast lots on weather or not 2die. He accepted what God allowed. Did they cast lots on weather or not 2accept all the fish? They would have never even thought of choosing Paul.

#GM #BibleStudy #Acts1:7 “not for you to know” God has promised them power. But their definition of power only exists through flesh. The #power you have been given superceeds all else. There are certain things only God knows, like your time of death, and whats actually in the next mans heart. If you waste your time on earth focused on what you cant control, you miss the power of those things which are yours to control. Your journey is in your power. Strengthen your God given supernatural power of the #HolySpirit. Then the fall of the nation that holds you captive is no longer your concern, Your power sets you #free, understanding that freedom is a choice, and the work you do for God is in direct proportion to the freedom you seek. Keep your eyes focused on God and your neighbors heart will be revealed. What could you do with this information without Gods guidance, and the protection of #GodsGrace. Beyond working for the advancement of Gods people through #GodsWill, the future is irrelevant.

As man Jesus never requested worship, for the worship of man/demons/angels is a sin. Worshiping graven images is a sin. But to worship God is the definition of #life and #love manifested in self. They feel #joy because the proof they had prayed for has finally been made whole and more importantly they finally have #understanding given through the gift of our departing Lord, the gift that keeps giving, #HolySpirit.

Had the Disciples been resting in the popular head bowed eyes closed posture we take today to pray, they would have missed Christ’s #ascension. He purposely ascended while they were in prayer so they would not miss it. So they could testify that they had witnessed Christ ascend into Heaven as he prayed for them. The next time you pray keep your eyes open to #see and your head up towards #Heaven to #receive…perhaps we’ve been doing it wrong, #GodForbid.

Jesus was the #finalsacrifice the #sacrificiallamb. So Jews began to follow the Psalms of David, “let my prayer be counted as incense among you, and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.” #Jesus did it first. By teaching the disciples this new way which was the old way remembered by Jesus, taught by #KingDavid. Lifting your hands up to God offering your whole self for service in prayer, not an outside party that doesn’t have a thing to do with it or you. In this way the Jewish people still pray, as they learned from #JesusChrist.

Jesus commanded that they wait to begin their mission until the #HolySpirit pour down on them, #Pentecost. To #waitOnGod was their first mission. Do you have the strength/trust/belief to simply wait on God? It’s hard to do nothing when there’s so much to be done. So most men carry on, on their own, hoping #God will catch up with them, that’s why many are called but few are #chosen. When you accept it is not your will but Gods, you’ll get out of your way, let go, let God and the way will appear. Had they gone ahead on their own, as they had in the past and were unable to even cast out demons…they wouldn’t have spoke in tongues and all nations/healed/performed miracles/cast out demons/felt the power and presence of God.

Many times it wasn’t the appearance of Christ the disciples recognized it was His Spirit. When you are born again you put on a new life/being/appearance #Spirit. When your heart changes so do your eyes. There is no longer a demon lurking behind your smile, dirty thoughts in your heart, no, the light of God shines through your entire being and you are made fresh, new, whole. Christ needs those who know him to recognize him by spirit when they see him, that they may be witness to his goodness and return. The flesh lies, yet, spirit can never be denied…But if you don’t know him, how will you know HIM?…

Until you are able to forgive yourself, no blessing, pardon, forgiveness will set your soul free. There is nothing in this world that you should feel guilty for. Whatever you perceived you did was #GodsWill. For this reason Jesus commands they begin at home, Preaching the truth to their own people #TheJews first. Those closest to you are those most likely to hurt you the most. Jesus was able to forgive and bless those who were most cruel to him. This not only established his forgiveness but also his heart. For where your heart is, so also is your love. Jesus knows just as God opens hearts to establish his will, God also closes hearts, through no will of your own. Therefore forgiveness of self is forgiving God. For there is nothing under the sun or moon that you can do that God has not ordained. Not demon nor man can undo or do what God has planned. The rest is ego and lies that devil whispers in your ear. Jesus doesnt return and command they spread the word #HeLives! No he returned and commanded that you know you had nothing to do with his death/ascension/return beyond the fact that he did for you, that you may never experience hell on earth or beyond. But first YOU must set yourself #free.

He could’ve changed his mind and set up a mega Church. But if he wanted to fully reach #enlightenment, he had to fully fulfill #TheProphesy. Weather he lived or not, as some believe, his journey commanded he fully fulfill his promise to God, to become #God. It is for this reason it behoves us all to endure suffering before gain, in Jesus Christ’s name.
#GA #BibleStudy #Luke24:45 “opened HE” As #Jesus, he taught as a man but as the risen #Christ he was #God. He was no longer limited in his gifts, restricted by the devil and his minions/mans ego/mans prejudices or mans limited #focus. When I was diagnosed with dyslexia it didn’t have a name so I carried all the shame. The School brought a specialist in to teach me HOW to #seedifferently so that i would have understanding vs empty, backwards words. One day it just clicked and I wondered why I hadn’t seen it before. I was set free. The Specialist I had grown so fond of sent me back to class with my new knowledge, despite my protests. She said now you have understanding there’s nothing standing in your way, no need to disrupt the class because now you can teach them. And I actually did. I imagine this is what the disciples experienced but in greater proportion for #God first gave them #TheHolyGhost from where all understanding derives.
