Silvia Colloca Instagram – It’s cavolo nero season!!! My personal favourite sturdy winter green! Excellent raw, chopped finely and dressed with lemon and olive oil, sautéed with garlic and chillie and, of course added to all stews and soups, like the classic ribollita!
