God always shows up in my life in ways to let me know I’m always covered - when I arrive the actor playing my husband is the ridiculously talented @charlie3stacks - and get this - we are from the same hometown, both @official_alabamastate grads, AND he’s my frat brother 🤯 thank you for being a blessing on set and off 🙏🏾 thank you to @rsonnenshine for creating this amazing project & @beccalou34 for having me as a part of such a special cast and fostering such great energy on set; as well as @haifaa.almansour 🙏🏾every crew member was kind and generous while working and creating under insane circumstances. mamadou is just electric and was an absolute joy. our little “brown family day” on set was one of my best memories to date. my babies @jaxonrosemoore & @traycemalachi are absolute stars! i could write a book but I’m just thankful & want to congratulate the entire cast & crew on a fantastic job well done. 🖤🖤🖤🖤 streaming now!!

For my latest #GoFinding mission I transformed my kitchen island into an early Thanksgiving “Harvest Moon” tablescape with amazing finds from @homegoods! Here are 3 tips for creating a great holiday tablescape – especially when you’re working with a small space or don’t have a traditional dining table: 1. Set a Color Scheme A color scheme is vital for creating a cohesive and eye-catching moment. It also helps you not become overwhelmed when shopping and trying to make magic out of a hodgepodge of pieces. I wanted my design to have a warm, elegant and intimate setting, so I chose copper, pewter, and green with wood and gold accents. 2. Warm It Up A kitchen island is fantastic – a fantastic slab lol! Create texture and warmth by using fabric and natural elements. I used a tablecloth across the center as my base and instead of hanging a wreath, I used it as a centerpiece with a pillar candle in the center to bring it all together. Wood candle holders and a tower of pampas grass added levels. Colored goblets provide a fun pop of color instead of traditional glasses. 3. Putting yourself first takes time to become a habit (I’m still a work in progress!), but this panel was a fantastic reminder that in order to fully be present and enjoy reaching our goals - it is a necessity. Here are 3 tips for creating a great holiday tablescape – especially when you’re working with a small space or don’t have a traditional dining table: 1. Set a Color Scheme A color scheme is vital for creating a cohesive and eye-catching moment. It also helps you not become overwhelmed when shopping and trying to make magic out of a hodgepodge of pieces. I wanted my design to have a warm, elegant and intimate setting, so I chose copper, pewter, and green with wood and gold accents. 2. Warm It Up A kitchen island is fantastic – a fantastic slab lol! Create texture and warmth by using fabric and natural elements. I used a tablecloth across the center as my base and instead of hanging a wreath, I used it as a centerpiece with a pillar candle in the center to bring it all together. Wood candle holders and a tower of pampas grass added levels. Colored goblets provide a fun pop of color instead of traditional glasses. 3. Repurpose Your Past Favorite HomeGoods Finds Shop the store and shop your house! Sometimes the perfect finishing touch you’re missing is sitting on your shelf. For my latest #GoFinding mission I transformed my kitchen island into an early Thanksgiving “Harvest Moon” tablescape with amazing finds from @homegoods! Here are 3 tips for creating a great holiday tablescape – especially when you’re working with a small space or don’t have a traditional dining table: 1. Set a Color Scheme A color scheme is vital for creating a cohesive and eye-catching moment. It also helps you not become overwhelmed when shopping and trying to make magic out of a hodgepodge of pieces. I wanted my design to have a warm, elegant and intimate setting, so I chose copper, pewter, and green with wood and gold accents. 2. Warm It Up A kitchen island is fantastic – a fantastic slab lol! Create texture and warmth by using fabric and natural elements. I used a tablecloth across the center as my base and instead of hanging a wreath, I used it as a centerpiece with a pillar candle in the center to bring it all together. Wood candle holders and a tower of pampas grass added levels. Colored goblets provide a fun pop of color instead of traditional glasses. 3. Repurpose Your Past Favorite HomeGoods Finds Shop the store and shop your house! Sometimes the perfect finishing touch you’re missing is sitting on your shelf. I used a decorative glass bowl, a sparkly Halloween pumpkin, and a wooden cutting board from previous shopping trips to complement and complete the setting perfectly.
