This has been the toughest year (mentally and emotionally) and equally the greatest year of my life. I’ve learned that any challenge can be handled with gratitude, the strength to keep your faith, and maintaining an awareness of who you truly are. That you are special and you matter. I’m grateful to see another year. And my birthday wish today is that you all be kind to yourselves. You deserve it. Times are tough, but you are tougher. Remember that.
