Freya Tingley Instagram - It's MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH in the U.S. but I strongly believe every month we should be aware of mental health!

Mental health is the most pervasive and insidious problem in the world today! It can have major effects as well as smaller more subtle manifestation but each alike deserves to be addressed!

Using my platform to talk to people regarding their mental health has been one of the BEST decisions I've made in my life this far. I have spoken to literally hundreds of people across the globe to help provide the resources they need to help them.

In doing so, I have spoken with some of the most beautiful people and made many friends from all corners of the globe! It's been an absolute joy and pleasure!

If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, unwanted thoughts or emotions, it's not something you have to live and cope with.There exists proper help that can address and fully resolve this so you can live your best life! Or maybe you just seek to live a happier life and need some tools to help with that! I have incredible resources I want to share with you!!

Freya Tingley - 2.5K Likes - Traditional gender roles have become incredibly antiquated. Historically speaking, in the times of hunters and gatherers, it was reasonable to assume that men (being they are physically stronger) would take on the more physically arduous roles.

However, jump forward 10,000 years to a machine society which has greatly alleviated the necessity for physical strength in those areas that previously relied upon such a quality, we now find the traditional dichotomy of gender roles redundant.

Mentally women and men have the exact same potential, being that beyond their bodies, they are spiritual beings. This means women and men are on an equal footing regarding such things as IQ, aptitude and personality tests: Gender doesn't discriminate in areas of psychometry. With that in mind, if we were to maintain traditional gender roles we would find that we are completely depriving society and mankind at large of the potential for extremely powerful and able women to take on positions that could leave behind a positive and impactful footprint.

It seems to be that some men, perhaps of an older generation or from smaller cities, are not in favor of the idea of a woman who is smarter or more assertive as this intimidates them and makes them feel wrong and so seek to control by adhering to the convention of traditional gender roles. One finds that men without such egos and who don't feel emasculated at the idea of looking up to a woman are the ones that truly value, respect and more importantly push power to women. However, if powerful women allowed themselves to be suppressed by the idea of traditional gender roles, society would be robbed of many a brilliant mind!

Lastly, men are only half of mankind the other half being women! This means that pushing the power of the few of high enough caliber to create impactful change of only 50% of mankind is not utilising mankind to the greatest good. Woman and man have equal potential in all areas of faculty and should be viewed and treated as such! ! In view of this and that physical strength is no longer a predominantly necessary factor in survival, the traditional convention of gender roles is prehistoric.

Freya Tingley - 1.8K Likes - RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS: It's interesting to look at how problems are tackled in society. Most problems people come face to face with, whether they be personal or social, persist. So why is that? Why does nobody seem to resolve political controversy, wars, economic crisis or on a more intimate level, human conflict and inner turmoil?

It's interesting to note that the subjects with the most differing of opinions are those subjects with the least amount of truth. This is true of politics, mental health, education, socio-politics etc. For in the face of truth, opinions cease to hold any significance. Nobody argues that adding 2 to 2 equals 4. The basic truths that lay the foundation of maths negate opinion and this is true of all the physical sciences. Where truth pervades opinion ceases.

The erroneous means in which societies, groups and individuals determine solutions to problems abound. And it's observable how the application of an incorrect solution to a problem brings about a few different phenomena, these being: a continuation of the problem, the problem transforming into a new problem or set of problems, the temporary disappearance of the problem which remanifsts itself later or the need for more solutions.

So how does one determine a real solution - a resolution? Well there needs to be an establishment of a truth or datum which when routinely applied will uniformly and without exception yield the same result - the operating basis of a true scientific approach. So a datum then is only as valuable as it yields results uniformly and without exception. And this is how one can rule out incorrect solutions.

The phenomena then of the application of a correct solution will terminate the problem and will certainly not require that more solutions be found.

It's also interesting to note that many can observe the manifestation of a problem and yet go about looking for all manner of solution without looking for the underlying cause of the problem. If one can locate the direct, underlying cause of the problem you can thereby tackle the causation head on rendering it powerless and that will itself be the solution.
