Izabella Miko Instagram - When in Poland I take care of my body by going out into the snow and getting nourishing and firming treatments @klinikamiracki but in LA…I gotta do cryotherapy chamber 😝🙌😂 which is not only amazing for your health (crazy immunity booster) and your ability to control your mind by intentionally calming yourself down, but also… well your body’s “tightness”. Cryo keeps up the mezotherapy and ultrasound treatments that I get done at @klinikamiracki so I’m all in! 3 minutes that feel like hell and challenge every part of you. Start with cold showers if you want to push yourself and reap some amazing health benefits and hear how your ego mind is chatting up a storm while you’re there, but always choose to listen to your Higher Self. Haha!!!

Sisterhood… It’s so strange how the world is trying to separate us, make us alone in our pain and in our rawness, how it encourages comparison and competition and discourages compassion and adoration for one another. As women we are taught to criticize our bodies and faces and be tough, like men. We are somehow never enough… No, there is so much power in our femininity, in us coming together, celebrating and supporting each other in this sometimes awful world. So tell your sisters today how beautiful they are in their raw, imperfect form, in their vulnerability and their sorrow, complement them and complement them often, support them on their journey and tell them they are not alone. So much power in us coming together, while bowing to (as supposed to condemning) the beautiful masculine in men that we in fact love so much.
Yes, it feels uncomfortable at first to be unclothed and face each other to share your pain and offer words of encouragement, but you quickly drop into the feeling that it’s absolutely beautiful to see and be seen in your purest form and you get swept away by out of this world frequency that you now all share.
Fun fact 🫣 The two of us got bit so hard like super deep in our “peach palaces” by SOMETHING during this ceremony (I was convinced it was a little fish, but I was told that fish don’t jump this high 🤣) and the laughter added to this magical experience in the river that took away all of our insecurities.
Thank you to my sisters Heidi, Anthya and Angela for letting me share this beautiful moment on here and to our elder Fanny for leading this plant bath ceremony and of course to the beautiful angel Mars for her music, words and wisdom day to day, our sisterhood will only grow stronger and expand. Caption : I had the most incredible birthday last week in the jungle in Colombia! It started with the most profound Yage ceremony journey that lasted for me for nearly 17hrs! (this was the plant’s birthday gift for me😂🙌) during which I experienced the most amazing breakthroughs. The day that followed was filled with so much beauty, laughter and love! Izabella Miko - 3 Likes - Swipe right for more gems! ❤️ My Babcia transitioned Iast weekend in her sleep… she was 95 and was painting up until her last day (a talent that she discovered in the last year of her life!) Words can’t describe how much we will miss her protection with all the prayers and her incredible sense of humor!
We got to shoot some funny vids when I was recovering from my feet surgeries, as she was always up for anything. She always had the best punchlines! She got her first computer at 90 years old and always found her way in this modern world, praying for us with all of her heart.
She has been ready to reunite with her husband (my grandpa) for a while and kept joking that God must have forgotten about her 🤣 We are all super sad that she’s gone, but also happy for her to be with him and finally God, as she wanted it so much. Please say a prayer that her journey out there is smooth and beautiful. We will be celebrating her life this Saturday in Sulejówek and next week in Kraków:-)
She has always been an angel, now she will get a proper set of wings to fly…. 😇❤️🌈

Odeszła moja babcia w zeszły weekend… śpiąc słodko. Miała 95 lat i malowała aż do ostatniego dnia (talent, który odkryła w ostatnim roku życia!). Słowa nie są w stanie opisać, jak bardzo będzie nam brakować jej opieki przy wszystkich modlitwą i jej niesamowitego poczucia humoru!
Kiedy wracałam do zdrowia po operacjach stóp, nakręciliśmy kilka śmiesznych filmów, bo ona zawsze była gotowa na wszystko. Swój pierwszy komputer dostała w wieku 90 lat i zawsze odnajdywała się we współczesnym świecie, modląc się za nas całym sercem.
Od już jakiegoś czasu była gotowa być ze swoim mężem (moim dziadkiem) i ciągle żartowała, że Bóg musiał o niej zapomnieć 🤣 Wszyscy jesteśmy bardzo smutni, że jej nie ma, ale też szczęśliwi, że jest z nim i w końcu z Bogiem, bo bardzo tego chciała. Proszę, pomódlcie się, aby jej podróż tam przebiegła gładko i pięknie. Jej życie będziemy świętować w najbliższą sobotę w Sulejówku i za tydzień w Krakowie:-)
Zawsze była aniołem, teraz dostanie odpowiedni zestaw skrzydeł, by móc latać…. 😇❤️

Words can’t describe how much we will miss her protection with all the prayers and her incredible sense of humor! Izabella Miko - 3 Likes - Oldie but goodie 😂 Talking to my little me and truly listening to what she has to say and discovering her beliefs, fears and needs has been a crucial part of my therapy and healing. The patterns you see in your life usually stem from your childhood. Going back in your mind and sitting with your little one and holding them while they tell you everything that hurts them and scares them is literally invaluable. This information will give you clues that will guide you to the reasons your life looks the way it does today. Sometimes all it takes is holding your little you in your arms while they cry, sometimes it’s going on a walk and playing with them in the rain, realizing that’s all they wanted, but they had too many responsibilities or never felt safe enough to be just a kid. Our subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what we imagine and what is actually happening in front of our eyes, so these techniques are so powerful and you can do them on your own. Just close your eyes and picture yourself at the youngest possible age and see where the little you takes you.
As I enter my birthday week 🙌 during which I plan on doing a lot of healing work, I visit with my younger self daily and show her all the amazing things we accomplished together and I ask for her help in achieving so much more by trusting me to take care of her. Us wanting to change someone comes from desperately grabbing on to what’s good about that person (thinking we probably won’t find someone better which is scarcity mentality, hence should be dealt with on its own) and also a bit of a savior complex, I mean it really feels good to “help” someone and “change their life” (because we know what’s best for them, right?)
Also, everyone is on their own journey and just because you show up with all of your awesomeness does not mean they are ready for it or wanna match it. Or maybe their values are completely different, or their way of life. Those are big things and it’s good to see them and
acknowledge the differences. So date, have fun if you want to with that person, all while being in full acceptance of who they are, or detach with love. Otherwise you’re going to struggle and be in pain.
Have I seen people completely change their lives and themselves because they were inspired by someone? Yes! But the people that I’ve seen do that almost disappeared for a while and did the work on their own, as relationships are very triggering (which is why you shouldn’t date when you first get sober) So it is possible, but it requires extreme commitment to yourself, so if you’re in a situation like this ask yourself the hard questions and possibly free yourself from pain and disappointment in the future. ❤️

Izabella Miko - 3 Likes - The truth is, the most important thing is to just SIT DOWN and MEDITATE all the other stuff just helps to create a deeper state and space for it, JUST DO IT!
CUSHION GROUNDING SHEETS I can’t sit for too long without something underneath my bum. Being comfortable is the key. I have a travel grounding sheet that I use but you can just get a grounding mat or put your feet on the ground in nature! (Studies are showing it absolutely does have an effect on you)
COPAL CLEANSING - The idea is to “bathe” yourself in the smoke, that’s why Palo Santo (as much as I love the smell of it) doesn’t have the same effect IMO, but lighting the charcoal waiting for it to ash and dropping the resin is a whole thing, which I don’t always have time for, so Palo Santo or sage is my “busy day” option. I get my copal from Mexico and my beautiful feather I got in Brazil from @vernon.foster.oficial
HAPE- Amazing and powerful medicine. Tobacco inhaled into your lungs- bad for you, but in other ways it can be a medicine, that has been used by the indigenous people for 100’s of years. I love the immediate grounding effect it gives me. It helps to calm down my thoughts. If interested, I suggest attending a tobacco ceremony and learning more about it.
MICROD0SING SUPPLEMENTS - There has been so much incredible research done on the power of psil0cybin, you can listen to @hubermanlab podcasts about it. The protocol that my therapist and I decided on has helped me work through a heartbreak and open up the flow of creativity, all while not feeling that “high” feeling which I personally don’t like. But even if you’re just working with a multivitamin, talk to your supplement and ask it to do what you want it to do.
MEDITATION/BREATHWORK/PRIMING - Sometimes I do all 3, sometimes I do just one @drjoedispenza combines breathwork/meditation/visualization in his hour meditation so I tend to do that most of the time. Holotropic breathwork though (not what Dispenza does) is absolutely incredible and will get you out of your head like nothing else @tonyrobbins priming exercise is a quick feel good magic maker! Izabella Miko - 3 Likes - My friends suspected I might be a fairy, this now proves it 😂 thank you @alisdja for capturing the light that was coming out of me at @tayfunking Halloween party! I had another outfit planned which was clever and promiscuous (I mean a single girl’s dream Halloween outfit 🤣) but for some reason I gravitated towards my diy “lit” Thunderstorm cloud costume, because essentially I just want to be the Light for everyone who needs it and make them smile, which is exactly what happened this Halloween weekend (yes, Halloween lasts for about a week in LA😂) and I loved it ❤️ It’s funny that without realizing it, I picked an outfit that expresses what’s happening inside of me lately. A bright Light that cannot wait to come out, shine and dance around (thank you to the most recent work of the plant medicine, my therapist and myself 😂🙌 we’re doing it!)

My favorite cleansing ritual must be with copal - resin melted on a piece of charcoal (more extensive than just sage or Palo Santo) but I feel the difference and the smell brings me back to my ceremonies. Even if it’s all just in our minds, the undeniable fact is, is that everything is energy and there is so much around us that we can’t perceive with our limited senses, so I trust my ancestors who have used these methods for 1000s of years while I consciously build a wall of Light around me every day.

Izabella Miko - 3 Likes - Hurt people hurt people… we all know that, but when you’re on the receiving end of it trying to understand how one can shut off their emotions and completely numb themselves to the consequences of their actions, it can be extremely painful. We all have different “survival mechanisms” though. Some people are not ready to face their emotions or even their own self so they shut down, refuse to feel any pain or discomfort and move on to the next best feeling thing. They will repeat the cycle, never fully healing their wounds, but… YOU can heal YOURS. It’s not a coincidence if you’re experiencing this. Your soul probably chose this person and this experience, so you can heal your own wound around this. This is why your reaction is so strong. Instead of focusing on blaming the other person or trying to make them understand, focus on your own healing, so you NEVER AGAIN have to experience it this strongly. Everyone in our life is a mirror, strategically placed it order for us to deal with very specific wounds and traumas. How do we heal those? There any many techniques and modalities that my therapist and I use which I will share in my future posts, but for now just be aware of that wound and the pain around it and let yourself feel it without judging your tears, your screams, your inability to sleep or to get out of bed. Caption : Hurt people hurt people… we all know that, but when you’re on the receiving end of it trying to understand how one can shut off their emotions and completely numb themselves to the consequences of their actions, it can be extremely painful. We all have different “survival mechanisms” though. Some people are not ready to face their emotions or even their own self so they shut down, refuse to feel any pain or discomfort and move on to the next best feeling thing. They will repeat the cycle, never fully healing their wounds, but… YOU can heal YOURS. It’s not a coincidence if you’re experiencing this. Your soul probably chose this person and this experience, so you can heal your own wound around this. This is why your reaction is so strong. Instead of focusing on blaming the other person or trying to make them understand, focus on your own healing, so you NEVER AGAIN have to experience it this strongly. Everyone in our life is a mirror, strategically placed it order for us to deal with very specific wounds and traumas. How do we heal those? Izabella Miko - 3 Likes - So grateful to have been able to experience sacred plants brought from the Amazon by @rasuyawa and his Yawanawa family to our @uniretreats Chanting in the sauna then jumping into the cold water from the waterfall and being bathed with these sacred plants right before sitting with the medicine in the ceremony are some of my favorite moments from our retreat. The herbal bath with these plants along with hape (tobacco powder medicine) really does calm the monkey 🙈 mind down :-) It’s incredible. It really feels so wonderful to be taken care of like that and trusting the process. What a blessing… Listen to this Yawanawa music and chants, that in itself will heal you ❤️
