Yesterday my body got me to understand how important is to prioritize myself and my health. That we cannot be so hard on ourselves and makes the things happen as it’s expected from us. Everything has its price and sometimes the price for fitting in is far too high.

I went is such a horrible pain and there was no way it would go away. I was just lying down screaming and scared. Then all my right side of the body got paralyzed. After the doctor was called, gave me three pain killer injections and the ambulance me to the hospital 🏥 . We did what we have to and I came back in the middle of the night totally exhausted.

Without such a support from @misschenay @stefanodouaihy and the team of @misseliteworld . I’m not sure will find my way back. I want to thank all of you guys for your amazing support and care. I wish I can get better ❤️‍🩹 soon and carry on.

I have never seen myself as beautiful. I was always criticizing myself for any of my imperfections. My hair is too thin, my ass is too small, I’m too tall…my hands are too skinny, my buns are too big…
Yes, the life of a model can make you see yourself like “never good enough” or always “too much of this and not enough of that” kind of perspective.
But the constant self-judgment just lowers your self esteem and doesn’t bring any good or more jobs…

And after all these years, it just made me sick. I started to refuse my embodiment on this planet. I just wanted to be the light of my soul and live in peace ✌🏻 somewhere on the beach 🏖 out of all this madness called reality.
But after my body got sick. Think about any part of it ( my eyes, my hands, my back, my leg, ….) I was constantly in pain.
Yes, the hate towards myself after all these years simply got manifested in pain and kind of depression as waking up in pain after sleepless nights.

There was no medicine 💊 , doctor 🧑‍⚕️ or treatment that would help. Nothing was working.
I had to start to LOVE MYSELF again. I have had to learn how to UN-LEARN WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD. I have had to start to care about my health and my body and show myself some love again. Rest of the story in comment below 👇🏻💗

But It might be different every day;

As my energy level changes - sometimes I can sky rock my yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ practice and go for challenging poses when on another ones I say “Hi!” 🙋🏼‍♀️ to the sun ☀️ (SURYA NAMASKARA) and can go back to sleep 😴 “child pose.”

The same (the “real yoga practice” ) applies for my mental health. Sometimes I’m full of energy and just generate it onto everyone I encounter when another times I’m just minding my own business and saving my energy.
But still it doesn’t mean that I have the permission to be mean and blame the people around for my Moon. Everyone is constantly dealing & healing with something you don’t have clue about so the last what you can do it’s being kind. 💕 🙏🏻 💕

Kate Cast Instagram - Why try to FIT IN when You were meant to STAND OUT

Can you be successful?
Yes , you can eventually.

Can you be happy?
Temporarily.
But you cannot find the full happiness, the sense of well-being and contentment.

So you have two choices basically ☝🏻;

1) Keep doing what you have been doing and being ‘ok’.

OR

2) Find what makes you really happy, work your ass out, go through some kind of discomfort, turbulences and risk everything…. till you finally “get there.” And it might completely change your life 💛

But I believe it’s worthy the ride.
Since you cannot find the true happiness in temporary pleasures, you MUST find what’s the best for you. What You’re the best at. And start doing that. It will boost your confidence , give your life real meaning and you will be living proudly of WHO YOU ARE.

The biggest problem with nowadays World is when you want to do the different things then the rest of the society.
When you decide to stand up for yourself and make your own decision based on your own information, research and opinion.

❤️ The people who get triggered the most when you refuse the main stream movement , are those who did follow it but didn’t feel like it was their choice.

❤️ If you are brave and following your dreams, many people will be discouraging you cause they were not brave enough to believe in themselves and the power of their own.

❤️ Some of your friends and associates will call you crazy cause you you still believe in the power of your dreams when they have forgotten who they were and what they wanted when they were kids and had a head full of their dreams but no courage to follow them.

❤️ You might be seen as superficial, stubborn or selfish When you speak Your Truth.

❤️ If you are happy for no reason, you might be seen as silly by those who forget how it is to smile and celebrate life and take themselves too serious.

❤️Your Gratitude could be seen as an having an attitude by those who wish they can feel theirs but they cannot access it anymore cause they have been living their lives by the rules of others rather that their own.

❤️ Do it anyway. MAKE YOUR CHOCIE. Choose Love ❤️ and Yourself above all.
That’s the only way how you can feel like really living your life and be happy.

Kate Cast Instagram - YOGA 🧘🏼‍♀️ IS NOT ABOUT BEING FLEXIBLE OR MASTERING THE IG GLAMOROUS POSES.

Yoga is about showing up for yourself every day with no expectations about how it should go. It’s about letting go the labels like “too injured” , “too old”, “all different kinds of - not being enough-“( The question in my head “How do you want to teach with all your injuries?!!! 🤪” f.e. is my Ego’s voice and thanks to my inner practice I’m able to recognize that. ), “if I don’t exhaust myself, it’s not workout & my practice doesn’t count” ( re-calling all the gym 🏋️‍♂️ hard-core people I was used to be part of many years ago.) , but about finding new ways and being ok with “Namaslay” (staying in bed yoga 😅 when you need some rest - me today ☺️).

And last but not the least; the highest form of yoga is actually happening beyond the mat, in your daily life; where you can see how much you can stretch your mind when confronting another people and situations and most importantly; Yourself. 💕

Kate Cast Instagram - I was pissed off. I was angry and mad. I wanted to cry. THIS CAN REALLY HAPPEN ONLY TO ME!!!

I have booked a big job (campaign) which was confirmed a while ago and was supposed to be shot today.
I also have had another three requests for job - all today ( which by itself it’s already a miracle in this COVID situation) but have to cancel / not confirm any of them cause of this. ( Showroom, presentation, fashion editorial shot ).
Yesterday night my big job got canceled ( rescheduled do “unknown” date ). I was really counting on it as need the money and I felt like a fool. Especially with all the other requests I have had.
I did reach out to one of them and they were happy to have me on the board.

This morning I woke up on my way to the work I got the message :”I’m sorry but we thought you were not available today so we booked someone else.”
Why couldn’t you tell me at least yesterday?!!!
I could do something else!! Another job, sleep, plan my day differently not waking up crazy early and then be in this situation!?!

I was mas like a hell but…THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO TO CHANGE THE SITUATION SO I HAD TO CHANGE MY ATTITUDE ABOUT THAT.
Easier said then done.
But since INNER PEACE ✌🏻 and HAPPINESS is my PRIORITY I turned inward and asked my spirit guides to help me to work this out.

I HAD TO LET GO MY VERY URGENT NEED TO “TRY TO UNDERSTAND WHY THIS HAPPENED” cause I would just DRIVE MYSELF CRAZY 😝 at the first place.

And as I did that, I felt immediately such a release.
And from that place - as I did shift my perception I DID REACH OUT FOR THE NEXT GOOD AVAILABLE THOUGHT and got this simple but very powerful lesson I’m sharing with you today.

IF IT’S GOOD FOR YOU, it will happen. No matter what.
And if it’s not, you’ll loose it cause THERE’S SOMETHING FAR GREATER FOR YOU waiting to happen.
You just cannot see it yet.

SOMETIMES THE THINGS DON’T WORK OUT AS YOU PLANNED CAUSE THERE’S MUCH BETTER PLAN ON THE WAY.

What does make you feel confident, feeling great, in your own skin. Do you speak your truth no matter what or you’re thinking about what others will think about you before you take an action..?

No matter what, I feel the best when I can BE MYSELF. Living my life according to my standards and not compromising on what my soul wants. I got to the point when I literally don’t have another choice.
And when living life how I want it to live, regardless of other’s people opinion, I feel they do respect me more. Maybe it’s cause this means that I RESPECT MYSELF AND I’M PROUD OF WHO I AM. And what I attract in my life it’s just a reflection of my inner state of being.

I don’t worry about what others think any longer. I know I cannot control them or their thoughts. And this realization come with a huge amount of the feeling of release and freedom.

AND WHAT DOES BEING YOURSELF MEANS FOR YOU dear friend…?
