Caption : It’s cheat day, it’s chips day! 🌟 For years, I followed strict diets, depriving myself of so many yummy foods I love. I even went through the ‘weigh everything you eat’ phase, carrying a mini scale in my purse. But oh, the cheat days—I lived for them! Most of the time, all I could think about was what I’d eat for my cheat meal. And those sneaky non-cheat day cheats were the worst. Once I indulged, guilt would hit, and I’d spiral into a vicious cycle of more junk. I could finish a half-kilo cake in one sitting. It took time, but I finally unlearned and relearned: I can eat whatever I want. I just needed to listen to my body. I stopped obsessing over ‘diets’ and started eating healthy, balanced meals—packed with proteins, carbs, and veggies. If I wanted a small piece of cake or a few fries, I’d have them, no guilt. My random cravings gradually faded because I no longer felt deprived.
