Caption : The annual Odyssey from Southern to Northern Hemisphere, summer to winter back to my place of birth currently on a British Rail train, swaddled in fluff and jacked up on Yorkshire Gold Tea en route to a very chilly Manchester….! this time on a quest for my equine beloveds… After an already hugely intense year on the farm with the droughts, to add insult to injury our neighbors in Argentina have just been hit by a fatal outbreak of a disease that has not been seen for decades, called equine Encephalitis. Horrifc and debilitating Neurological symptoms and 90% fatality rate In horses. No cases have yet been identified in Uruguay but it it’s only a matter of time as the disease is spread by mosquitoes which are obviously impossible to contain. So we are really up against the clock as currently there are no vaccines in Argentina or Uruguay. While waiting for the vaccines to be shipped from Brazil I will be hoping to raise money for the orphanage for the year ahead as well as for the vaccines of which all 30 of the kids will need 2 doses. I’m generally not a fan of 💉 as most do more harm than good, so am very selective of which ones we give but this is one of the effective ones and actually does what it says. So… when needs must we have to do what we have to do…. if you happen to be in the Manchester area I will be signing autographs, answering questions and taking photos with all the wonderful genre fans who have supported my work on screen in the past. ⚔️ 🧛‍♀️ 🔫 🥷 If you can’t make it you are welcome to support via the website/link in my bio. Caption : The Irony that out of the 9 dogs currently in our pack which are all rescues and strays of varying breeds and backgrounds unequivocally and undeniably the most sensitive and attentive and easiest to train have been the Thunder Pig Killer Potato’s Auberon and Ludo. AKA the XL Bully ‘Types’ we flew down to our Orphanage of Misfits (sanctuary) here back in January. Those who have been following me know about the UK ban and mass executions so I don’t need to go into details. Suffice to say, having lived with these two lads for four months now if I had my druthers , my absolute number one choice of dog would be a bully ‘type’ (coupled with a Staffordshire Terrier,) every time. They simply are the most wonderful, sensitive, loyal and Funny dogs. It says more about the human who either judges them based on appearance, cultural prejudice (and racism), ignorance and media propaganda, or those who can’t handle them because they can barely wipe their own backsides let alone look after a dog, than the breed themselves. I can hands-down say every second with these boys has been a pure joy. A little bit of work, like raising any child, but pure joy. Testament to the existing pack and a little bit of structure, consistency, safety, no bullshit and guidance from us and we have had zero issues even with the horses and chickens and a new un-neutered Terrier male in the mix… Go figure…. It goes without saying there should be a hefty punishment imposed on anyone dumping and or abusing dogs (of any breed) not to mention backyard breeders. We will discuss the ramifications on dogs and ALL UK dog owners. Caption : On two hours sleep I woke at 5.30am today and de-railed all plans to board a train on a mission to meet a handful of a ‘type’ of dog that has been sentenced to execution en mass come December 31st. Their crime? Looking a certain way. The breed in question is the XL Bully who due to the mismanagement, ignorance and failure of human beings is now being demonized and tarred with a brush resulting in the determination that all that come under a certain (hugely vague) criteria are either to live a life muzzled or put to death. The compensation and incentive by the genius UK government is to offer owners a £200 compensation for murdering their healthy, beloved family members. The utter dystopian insanity of this mandate is not only a pitiful reflection of the desperate shortcomings of our system but the utter spinelessness of the people to allow and even champion this action. It’s no different and completely akin to saying all men with dark skin and curly hair who talk a certain way are terrorists. Therefore must all go. Absolutely no different. It’s Racial Discrimination 101. This only empowers the vile and rampant undertones that are already so rife between humans and humans let alone human and animal in a time where unification and forging solutions is and should be our utmost priority. And yes, there are solutions. There IS another way. The above is a picture taken of me and my boy Orso aboard two long haul flights to South America where I created my sanctuary where I hope to be able to at least save and transport one sweet life. It’s hard to believe that only 7 years ago I was leaving behind a life and system that I had come to realize was nothing but an illusion built on manipulation -Discrimination- polarization- and fear. These are the simple and yet highly effective ingredients that enable the governing powers to employ the divisiveness that is causing and will lead to the demise of everything. That their days are done, they are old or broken in some irreparable way from their mostly enslaved lives played out as tools for human gain. The reality is far from that. Django here was a 3 year old Criollo stallion. One of the most pure and perfect examples of vitality and life. He was used for breeding and his previous owner was done with his services so like the 6,000 others a month was being sold for meat thats shipped to France, Belgium and China for human consumption. Seconds before the hammer went down at auction his value was $160 USD. Taking on stallions is no easy feat but we couldn’t leave him behind. He now lives an autonomous life in the wild in the Monte here on the land with the herd and his two daughters Noor and Tormenta. Completely unbroken and 100% self-sufficient and rewilded, so when he appears like an apparition and we are graced by his electric magnificent presence, plump and shining a full of that raw spirit we as humans quite literally break and beat out of all horses we domesticate to satiate our various demands and vanity’s….. it’s always a treat and a reminder of why we do what we do. #LeaveThemWild #criollopuro #rewildrememberrehabilitate #autonomoushorsemanship #whatwedotoanimalswedotoourselves @thelastarkorphanage

Truly, with all the horrors going on around the world right now, to those who have helped set Ludo and Aubie free so they can live a life they deserve, we thank you. The attempted legal injunction failed as of today so these boys were definitely on the chopping block as will be tens of thousands others who are not even XL Bully’s. We still have a way to go. With what we have received we are 100% able to get one out. In this case Ludo as he came first. The costs with flights, brokers, vets, land transport and customs is coming in at roughly $11K for both. This does not include their aftercare, merely to get them to our sanctuary where they will live the life all dogs deserve. So far we have raised $7,700 so we need at least $3k more to get Aubie out as well. The wonderful @danni.allpaws has been walking the boys together even though they had never met, they are both getting on brilliantly, which given their dumped and cadged situation and the fact they are both unneutered is testament to their true natures. For anyone asking Auberon (Aubie or Obi) means Royal Bear, and Ludo was the misunderstood and bullied ‘monster’ in the movie Labrynth…..those who know, know… 😉 We only have a few days to hold his place on the flight so please know that your donations are all helping get these boys one step closer to freedom. Caption : Sometimes words just fail me… The result of today’s visit to meet these perfect creatures with the incredible dog wardens of Coventry was shattering. And what I saw was only I tiny glimpse of the greater discard and massacre that is about to take place from Jan 1st 2024 onwards. I am in absolutely no position to be taking any of these dogs but simply can’t leave them all behind. As a result we tentatively did a personality test on two young XL males that I could possibly/hopefully fly back to the sanctuary before the 31st. But it would be by skin of teeth. With the help of a few people we are working behind the scene with microchips and vaccines and shipping logistics. On with customs at every boarder to see how we can get these beautiful boys down to the farm where they can live a life they deserve. Unmuzzled, off-leash, In nature, free to be dogs. This is going to depend on many factors but the ball is rolling. Come Dec 31st if these boys and thousands like them are not taken out the country as we are doing their fate is a life permanently on leash and muzzled with the branding of a criminal or straight up execution. January 1st will be a bloodbath across England. I hope you’re proud @rishisunakmp you spineless gimp of a human. Enforce a ban on the breeding of ignoramus’ like yourself and the country and its far greater underlying issues of systemic neglect, betrayal and abuse and its myriad symptoms might be resolved. When a 450kg wild child in fluffy pajamas saunters in to schnarf your breakfast… (Because caring is sharing…right?✨) Bodhi was en route to being sold for Endurance racing. Hes a powerful big boy. Arabian pure blood built for long distances and hugely tenacious and adaptable in spite of what many like to believe. When I found him and his BFJohnny they had been neglected and starved full of parasites, and yet his ‘owner’ from a very well known family and Estancia would keep breeding and selling regardless of the state they were in. Most of his herd unsurprisingly died. We have now lived like family for 7 years…coming and going as they please. No ‘spooky’ business equestrians talk about, simply because they are raised without demands or fear, free to roam as they please with the herd, of which we are part of to them..✨ When we meet animals regardless of the ‘breed’ or their ‘potential’ with no agenda and with respect and patience they have the ability, if they deem us worthy, to grant us passage through an invisible portal into a world that most can only imagine in our dreams. ✨ This inexplicable gift will always outweigh any medal or accolade. There simply is no greater reward or honour than knowing this love…. And the moral of the story is… when we learn to learn to live and let live… and treat all beings as equals, the story of supremacy, slavery and suffering will finally come to an end. Caption : Alive and Kicking ✊🏾 On January 1 2024 Auberon and Ludo, two perfectly innocent and devine creatures were sentenced to execution by the British Government. On that very day due to a whole lot of love, energy, time, coordination, commitment, red tape and dodgy customs brokers they are now both free and will live out the remainder of their lives with a pack of dogs, in nature, swimming in rivers and climbing mountains muzzle free and treasured for who they are. No matter their history, breed or possible kinks. Because quite simply we owe every single living creature the right to be seen and honourd without prejudice, discrimination and projection. (All built on media manipulation and divisive political tactics) THIS is what the goodness and commitment of a few people can do! And I can not tell you how it makes my jaded heart swell to have experienced the love of the community out there show up especially in a time where we are wading through a mire of such abhorrent, fear fueled hate and polarization. And the biggest thanks to @danni.allpaws for picking up the phone when I called and entertaining my insanity… for taking the best care Ive seen from any kennel in my life, for driving them to their vet appointments and getting their shots and paperwork, for walking them together and setting them up to be brothers for life… you’re an angel on earth. And Fede for taking on and navigating Argentine “bureaucracy… “ (if you know you know) like a stealth ninja…driving us 1200kms across boarders and oceans… impresionante! 💪🏾 We are all pretty exhausted and its going to be serious work acclimating these gorgeous lads, make no mistake. Caption : Dragons and Unicorns acclimating beautifully… Just some snippets of the last week to show how Ludo and Auberon our ‘killer Bullies’ are blending into our pack of dogs and 36 horses and foals, wildlife, rivers and massive temperature shift. Not one snap, growl, lip curl or hair on end…. From anyone…. (Except from Miss Mushroom when Aubie tries to hump her… cus shes so damn cute 🍄 ) Only curiosity, initial excitement and bewilderment at all the new sights, smells and sounds…. This is not coming without daily work but 70% of the work is done by the fact a)they are both incredible dogs and b)our family here is already stable, loving, clear and consistent. Cant tell you how much sweetness (and slobber) these boys have brought to the lives of everyone they have met so far… and just makes my blood boil and heart break to think the UK government wanted them dead.
