We are never truly in control of our appearances. Roles determine our hair length,style,colour,facial hair,weight,shape even the amount of tan our character would have for consistent moments,not to mention our headspace. Iā€™ve been training for a certain role for weeks now,diet,nutrition,cardio and weights to peak next month for the start of shooting.šŸŽ„šŸ‘ŒšŸ¾ I was getting there with a few weeks to go but unfortunately itā€™s now been pushed to later in the yearšŸ˜«šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø But yā€™all know meā€¦Always looking for a #whittle positive,at least Iā€™m closer to the shape for when filming starts later in the year and it also helps with another movie Iā€™m shooting this summer soooooo at least that character will be easier to prep for toošŸ™šŸ¾ For me as an actor,itā€™s the prep that you pay for,I act for free,thatā€™s just fun and I love every minute,no matter how taxing and exhausting it can be. Itā€™s the hard work in silence that people donā€™t see and just assume it comes easy. I train and sacrifice for weeks/months sometimes. Some pains you have to live with, but we learn to adapt, to cope, but the majority of pain in our lives is held in our hearts and minds and itā€™s our choice to carry it or let it go. Feel that our past defines us, that we canā€™t escape it, that it holds us back, burnt us,creates a fear,a feeling of insecurity or loneliness. Focus on the now, on today. Every moment is a sliding door opportunity for you to improve or change your day and even your life for the better. Who and what makes you happy? Chase it, hold onto it, embrace it. If it hurts you,makes you feel sad,insecure,angry or jealous, then let it go, it isnā€™t helping you stay in the light. Stop worrying about what everyone else has or is doing, focus on you. We all have dreams and some admittedly arnt attainable but many moments are. They are easy,attainable for all. Take time out of each day for yourself. I say it over and over, music,movies, tv,books, activities, animals, nature,friends and family are all moments you can take for yourself to improve your mood or day. We are all here because we made it through some shit, some bad times happened but didnā€™t break us. It hurt but you got through it,take heart from your own strength to have come all this way, through all you have. Life isnā€™t a competition, youā€™ve already won,you are still here fighting on and have the opportunities to continue and make more moments and memories. Donā€™t waste it watching others live their lives,living through their moments. I post here rarely because Iā€™m too busy trying to live my life and make MY moments. We hurtle towards a sad end as we pollute this planet beyond repair. We have to do more for the sake of the planet, even if itā€™s individual baby steps,it all helps. This festival I will be wearing as seen in my first outfit couture by @personalmadeforyou #claudiasignaturemontecarlo A local designer here in Monte Carlo Monaco making huge steps in the fashion industry This suit Iā€™m wearing was made entirely from recycled plastics. šŸ¤ÆšŸ¤ÆšŸ¤Æ Shiny soft fabric that feels light to wear and can still be striking to look at. Fashion is the second largest pollution source in the world and this designer has found a way of reducing that carbon footprint with their production of raw materials as well as their transformation and distribution. Garments are made from Oeko-Tex and Global Recycled Standard certified fabric. This is such a beautiful and fun event filled with glamour,talent and brought to you by the most wonderful people. Fashion is the second largest pollution source in the world and this designer has found a way of reducing that carbon footprint with their production of raw materials as well as their transformation and distribution. Garments are made from Oeko-Tex and Global Recycled Standard certified fabric.
