Robby Gordon Instagram - We had an awesome day testing out in Glamis, running on Oldsmobile. Even drag raced a few turbo ProRs, not the 1000cc engines but the 2000cc engines with aftermarket turbo and accessories (they said they made 310 hp). We were right on par against them in our stock production car on E85 with EPA tune. Things are looking good!👊

Let the Games begin as we all now know the Speed Car is heavy and slow this should be fun in 2024 🙄🥊 See I have no problem what brand you choose or what you ride as long as we are out having fun and Chasing the Speed Lifestyle ❤️ all you guys that have laughed at the end…. let’s RIDE / DRIVE and have Fun. (what happened to the last one to Boardmanville buys and is rotten egg)
Robby Gordon Instagram - And here is what took @madmaxgordon out of the final at the Red Bull Sand Scramble 🤦🏻‍♂️😳🙃 we learned a lot and the positive side is he walked away with no injuries and the roll cage was all in tact I will post a video if the car on the trailer in a few hours. And do a live walk around showing all the damage. @speedutv The cars we raced were production Bandits with the beds off and on E85 they haul in the sand. Weight is everything and our cars are heavier than a Polaris or Can Am but they are safe……

When I was about five or six years old, there were Motorsport icons that worked there, Walker, Evans, John Bernard, Art Hale, Dick, Russell, and so so many talented people, PJ, and myself would run around the shop as wild Indians and get yelled at all the time by Dick Russel (I still have the scar that will always be there on my left middle finger from playing with the diegrinder at your shop natural TATOO scar that I hid from my parents as I was scared they would let me go back to the shop) So many good stories 🤪 Parnelli thank you for all the Vision, Excitement, and dedication to motorsport that you showed us all. You were the one that showed me that I don’t have to just do ONE form of Motorsport you raced in everything that had a steering wheel and Kicked Ass on and off the track. Robby Gordon Instagram - Well I forgot to put Winter Air in the Tires for Glamis 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️🤪 in all seriousness I guess 8psi is too low for the Speed UTV tires at Glamis 🤦🏻‍♂️ we used the AGM impact jack and reset the inner beads and put winter Air in and we were back ripping the hills🔥… this is the exact same car that raced Norra and qualified 3rd at @norraracing_official Norra 500 Finished 2nd no issues, Qualified 5th at Ultra 4 Legends of Havaus event against highly modified race cars and finished 3rd in class and 6th overall then drove it home to dinner Friday Night and loaded it on a trailer and hit Glamis Dunes on Saturday Nighy and I’m super excited about @speedutv and the future (the comments from the Internet warriors are classic and thank you for your support)

Robby Gordon Instagram - Race 1 at Red Bull Sand Scramble yesterday, the @speedutv is plenty fast in the dunes but @madmaxgordon did break a belt and that ended race 1. I have contacted Dave from Tapp Clutch and asked him to please come help us make the Belts and Tapp Clutch better. And Yes I do blame Max for this as the kid is a Mad Man behind the wheel. Now I just need to slow him down to make it to the finish line, I had the same problem too😜 you can see him wheelie at the top of the dunes as he never lifts 😳🤦🏻‍♂️

Robby Gordon Instagram - Race 2 at Sand Scramble. @madmaxgordon Started 2nd Row 18th and made it to 4th before he was off line and got in the soft sand and decide to cartwheel a Speed UTV. On my car #17 I stopped and checked on Max when he crashed so@I lost about 45 seconds there and after I did that I checked on another racer who crashed on lap 1 also so yes I was way behind but the car ran the whole race and it was fast. I think on lap 4 I had the second fastest lap so the Dune and Destroy video is not that accurate🤪
