Det är ganska jobbigt, bitvis tungt, kostsamt och relativt svårt att ha ansvar för flera hundra tusen bin…!! En ”verksamhet” som aldrig någonsin ger tillstymmelse till någon ekonomisk vinning – – Men. Det är också lycka. Det ger en alldeles unik tillfredställelse att skatta, slunga och tappa upp egenproducerad ljuvlig honung på vackra burkar. Känslan av att jag bidrar en liten del till naturens alla under som sker i min trädgård är unik, vacker och berikande. – Att ha en åttaårig som som vetgirigt vill lära sig allt om våra bin och ivrigt vill vara med och hjälpa till i de flesta av momenten fram till färdig honung är fantastisk. Det känns otroligt att kunna ge Mimo minnesbilder från att varje år varit med och slungat honungen på Aspvik. – – I år blev det alls inte lika många kilo honung som föregående år. Men några burkar säljer jag iallafall. – – Min honung hittar du på @hemkopsickla och vill du försäkra dig om en burk så bör du göra en reservation genom att ringa till Jimmy i ost/köttavdelningen på tel 08-557 600 15 Eller så beställer du min honung hos @sabisfaltoversten Ring dem och prata med ostavdelningen så reserverar de honung åt dig eller tillskriv dem med ett DM via Instagram. – – Som sagt.
