I had the wonderful opportunity to put together a special concert called ‘Madhurya – Celebrating Krishna.’ Big thanks to Rahul Dada for supporting me throughout and gracing the concert with his amazing renditions. Also all my team of incredible musicians @nikhilphataktabla @milindvasudevkulkarni @sanjoygtr @vishalhiralaldhumal @ninadbansuri @omkar_ingawale_official @rohanvanage and a special shout out to @prabhu_ki_nidhi_kathak for a beautiful kathak performance. While growing up we had a beautiful temple carved by my grand father Pt. Padmakar Barve of Lord krishna at our home as he was an ardent worshipper and believed that his whole inspiration of music came from Krishna. He dedicates all his compositions his bandishes from his book called Rasraj to Krishna. We even sang one from raag Hansdhwani. I always wanted to sing his compositions and carry forward his legacy. I feel it’s just a start. Hence I would like to dedicate this concert to my grandfather. Also, performing at @ncpamumbai is always a wonderful feeling as it holds a special place in my heart. Last but not the least, thanks to the lovely audience for making it a full house even on a weekday. You all made the evening a special one.
